How BotSmith Works

Sign up for a BotSmith account and create your first agent. Give it a name, choose an AI model from OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google, and write a system prompt that defines its persona.

Train on Your Content
Add training sources: upload PDF, DOCX, or TXT files; scrape websites; or paste plain text. BotSmith processes and indexes your content automatically using RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).

Customize the Experience
Tailor the chat widget’s colors, logo, avatar, and position to match your brand. Configure lead capture forms, fallback messages, and conversation starters.
